The process of creating custom jewelry starts with an idea. Whether you have a specific design in mind or simply a general concept, our designers will work with you to bring your vision to life. We'll discuss the style, materials, and any other details you'd like to include in your piece.

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, our designers will create a digital CAD (computer-aided design) model of your piece. This allows you to see a detailed 3D representation of what your piece will look like, and make any necessary changes before moving forward with the production process. This step ensures that you are completely satisfied with the design before moving on to the next phase.

Once the design is finalized, we use 3D printing technology to create a physical wax model of your piece. This wax model is used to create the mold for casting your piece in the metal of your choice. This step allows you to see and feel a physical representation of your design before it is cast in metal. Next, the wax model is placed in a flask and surrounded by investment (a special plaster-like material). Once the investment has set, the flask is heated to melt the wax out, leaving a hollow impression of your design in the investment. The metal is then melted and poured into the flask, filling the impression and taking the shape of your design. After the metal cools and solidifies, the investment is broken away, leaving your piece ready for finishing.
