Shipping Policy
Shipping Address
We will ship your order to either the billing address associated with your credit/debit card or the confirmed address on your PayPal account. To ensure a safe and secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Method and Schedule
After your order is prepared and packaged, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Additional charges may apply for Saturday delivery. Please note that Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. If you order multiple items under a single order, they may not always ship together. However, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.
Shipping within the USA
All domestic orders are shipped free of charge. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within the United States.
International Shipments
We currently offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If you have any questions regarding shipment to your country, please contact us via email. International orders are shipped via FedEx Expedited for a flat rate of $50. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. A tracking number will be provided for international shipments.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import fees and taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not charged or calculated by us. Customs duties, tariffs, excises, and other governmental fees associated with the merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Such customs fees, if applicable, are usually paid directly to the national government or postal service upon delivery. We have no control over foreign customs policies and cannot predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In the event of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees and return fees incurred. General Shipping Information
Please allow 2-3 business days for domestic delivery within the USA. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and any claims with the shipping carrier are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to change or intercept a package to alter the delivery address once it has been shipped. We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.
