To begin the process, you need to place a deposit for your custom order. We will then move forward with the design stage. While we can create a custom piece based on almost any design, we prefer if you provide the design. However, if you don't have a specific design in mind, our design team at Benny Bling Jewels can handle it for an additional fee.

Once you have settled on an idea for your custom piece, we will create a wax mold based on your design. After the wax creation process, we will proceed with the gold casting. After casting, our skilled craftsmen will apply hand detailing, smoothing, and diamond setting to ensure the piece meets our quality standards. Finally, we will do finishing touch-ups and ship the custom piece directly to you.

The turnaround time for a custom order depends on the specific piece being made and our current order queue. Normally, our turnaround time is around 4 weeks, but it may be longer during the holiday season.

We can create jewelry in any size you specify. Whether it's a 1" x 1.5" custom pendant with VS diamonds or a 100+ gram solid 14k gold pendant at 3" x 3", we can accommodate your specifications. However, we kindly request that you be realistic with your custom jewelry design.

Yes, most items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping unless you place a custom order.

Once your custom piece is completed, we will ship it to you using USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.

Shipping is free for all domestic orders. For international orders, there is an additional $50 charge for shipping.

We do not provide refunds, but you may be eligible for store credit. Please familiarize yourself with our Returns and Exchange policy before placing your order.

Currently, we do not offer any financing options. For custom orders, we accept a maximum of two payments: a 50% deposit to initiate the order and another 50% payment upon completion before shipping.
